We have a refund policy which is described below in detail and the period of time to ask for the refund, is 48 hours before the arranged date of your reservation.
We will refund your booking if you let us know 48 hours before the date of the reservation made. If you pay online, the money refunded will be transfered to the credit/debit card that you previously used to pay for the reservation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
